For sale is a orchard with permanent walnut plantations covering an area of 10,500 m2.

The orchard consists of 30 20-year-old walnut trees and 103 seven-year-old walnut trees of the following varieties: Šejnovo, Geisenheim, Ellite, Jupiter, and Novosadski kasni. There are also 15 cherry trees of the Burlat, New Stra, and Van varieties on the plot.

A drilled well is located at a depth of 25m in the middle of the plot, with access to the orchard via a hard stone road.

Ownership is 1/1, free of encumbrances.

The plantation is in organic production, however, the future owner is not obligated to remain in organic production, and the current owner possesses all invoices and certificates for the planting material.
