KASTAV, we offer a building plot of 5250 m2. - Mandatory greening of min. 30% of the plot area
The buildings would have a view of the sea from the ground floor as well.
KASTAV is located on a rocky hill above the sea and in its structure contains several significant city squares, which as gathering places represent extremely important public spaces, each of which was formed in a specific way. Within the old town core, the most important are Lokvina Square and Istarska Vila Square, and right next to the walls are Fortica Square and Matka Laginje Square.
