We are mediating in the sale of land located near the road to Lič in Gorski kotar (10 minutes from Fužine and about 35 minutes from Novi Vinodolski). The land is located in a secluded area, mostly agricultural, but there was a building on it before February 15, 1968, which means that it has a use permit and that a house with a ground floor area of 60m2 plus an additional floor of the same area can be built. There is a transformer station near the land. The road leading to the land is not paved, but it is easy to reach by car.
