Buzet is located in the north of Istria near the border with Slovenia. Its historical core, dating back to the Middle Ages, lies on a hilltop above the fertile valley of the longest Istrian river, the Mirna. Today, Buzet is widely known as the City of Truffles, because the forests along the Mirna River are particularly rich in this divine tuber. Not far from Buzet, there is agricultural land for sale consisting of several interconnected plots. It is located on the edge of the village next to an urbanized area. The access road is a local asphalt road. The land is overgrown and needs to be cleaned.
