We are mediating in renting an original Dalmatian house in the center of Split.

Radunica, a street celebrated in Split, best known for its resident, the legendary player of Split"s Hajduk, Jurica Jerković.

Radun is an Old Illyrian name for a water source. Since its early days, Radunica has been the central street of Lučac, the old Split neighborhood around which, some five hundred years ago, old Split residents gathered upon arriving from the Republic of Poljica.

It is located east of Diocletian"s Palace and is still characterized by authentic Dalmatian stone houses. Over the years, Split has developed into an idyllic tourist destination for visitors from all over the world. Radunica has become an oasis for tourists who enjoy a peaceful vacation in a Dalmatian setting.

This lovely house was originally built in 1881 and completely renovated in 2018.

It consists of a kitchen, dining room, and living room in an open space concept.

Bathroom with toilet and an upper floor where a spacious bedroom is located.

The electrical and plumbing installations have been newly installed, but the owners have enriched the house by preserving original details such as beams, stone, and shutters on the house itself.

Special attention was given to the house"s decoration, with custom-made furniture and kitchen made from high-quality materials. It is equipped with all household appliances, including a washing machine.

The house is available for rent outside the tourist season from 15.10.2024 to 01.05.2025.

The rental price is €800 + utilities, which average around €100 per month, depending on individual needs and consumption.
The security deposit for the rent is €400.
