When decorating, great attention was paid to the selection of furniture and decorations, which combine elements of traditional and modern decorating styles with their diversity.
The house was completely renovated respecting the conservator's rules considering the fact that the house is a cultural monument, all natural materials such as stone and old beams have been preserved.
All new electricity and water installations and a new roof have been installed.
The interior is air-conditioned and for colder days there is also underfloor heating, which enables the use of this beautiful house during the spring and winter months.
It is located in a fantastic location in Kaštela Bay, near the promenade by the sea and a small port for mooring smaller boats.
What makes this location perfect is the proximity of all amenities within a few minutes' easy walk, including shops, a pharmacy, a market and numerous cafes, taverns and restaurants.
Its very important to note is its traffic connection with nearby cities and other surrounding settlements is close by.
