All bedrooms are equipped with SAT-TV and air conditioning and have access to a large balcony with seating and a beautiful view. Next to the house itself there is a decorated garden of 560 m2 with a sunbathing area and an outdoor pool, and private parking for 3 cars within the fenced plot. The accommodation is not intended for people with pets.

Matulji is the green-blue hinterland of the Opatija Riviera, a historical crossroads and a vacation spot for modern tourism.
