Location of the house:
The house is located on the edge of a quiet village near Poreč, 7 km from the sea and 12 km from Poreč. The neighborhood is peaceful, mainly consisting of family houses and holiday homes, and the area is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.

Layout of the rooms:
The house consists of a ground floor and an upper floor.
On the ground floor, there is an open living room with a kitchen and dining area, as well as a guest toilet. From the living room and kitchen, there is direct access to a covered terrace next to the sunbathing area and pool. Additionally, a spacious storage room accessible from the outside of the house is planned on the ground floor.
