Two-room apartment with sea view, Pakoštane

On the first floor of a smaller building there is a two-room apartment with a sea view. The apartment has its own staircase and consists of a separate living room with a dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. The apartment also has a storage room in the basement. The balcony in the living room offers a view of the sea, while the view from both bedrooms is towards Lake Vrana.

In the courtyard of the building there are two parking spaces that belong to the apartment. Given the ceiling height of 4.2 m, there is a possibility of a gallery. The building is located in a quiet environment, while all the necessary facilities for life are within a 5-minute walk. The first beach is 900 m away, or about 10 minutes on foot.

Pakoštane is a tourist resort located between the sea and Lake Vrana. It is known for its biodiversity. Pakoštane and its surroundings have been offering a rich tourist offer for half a century. Additional charm is brought to this Dalmatian place by three islets; Sveta Juština, Školj and Babuljaš. At a distance of only 4 kilometers, there is also a natural phenomenon - Vrana Lake Nature Park, which is the largest natural lake in Croatia.

If you head towards Biograd, it will take you 10 minutes to drive, while you will drive 40 minutes to Nin, Zadar or Šibenik. There are also numerous smaller towns and other natural sights in the vicinity, of course with the traditional Dalmatian gastronomic offer.
