The house has a garden area of approx. 40 m2 with a view of the sea and includes two additional rooms, one of which is used as a woodshed, while the other is intended as a storage room and an outdoor fireplace. BELVEDER, Beautiful view – is a literal translation of the Italian word belvedere, after which this part of Rijeka got its name.
