We are renting out a two-bedroom flat located on the ground floor of a house. The flat has an area of 64m2 and consists of a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace.
Electricity and water are paid separately according to consumption; other utilities, including the internet, are included in the rental price.
The flat comes with one parking space.
