The loggia with columns leans against the southern wall of the parish church and contains a collection of Roman inscriptions - stone monuments. The municipality of Sveti Lovreč occupies the extreme southeastern part of the former Municipality of Poreč and is surrounded, starting from north to east, by the City of Poreč, the Municipality of Tinjan, to the west by the Municipality of Vrsar, while its southern border is the coast of the Lim channel.
