Traditional stone house in the Old Town.
The house is located in a side street, away from the noise and crowds, only 60 meters from Stradun, the most beautiful street in town. It consists of 5 floors and each floor has 43 m2 of net area (215 m2 in total). The floor in the basement has a separate entrance and there is a large room and a space where long ago there was a well in which the owners planned to make a wine cellar. This space can be easily converted into business space, which is an additional plus for the property. The view goes over the roofs of houses to the city walls, Stradun, and the fortresses Lovrijenac and Minčeta.
