We offer a long-term rental of a spacious house of 200 m with a garden of as much as 850 m. The house has three bedrooms and four bathrooms, a spacious living room and an open-concept kitchen. One bedroom has access to a balcony, while the other has its own dressing room. Glass walls in each room allow for plenty of natural light and a connection to the landscaped courtyard surrounded by a green fence that provides additional privacy.

The heating is underfloor via a heat pump, and each room is equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort throughout the year. Three parking spaces are provided within the property. The house currently does not have a swimming pool - it is in the completion phase and the rental price will be adjusted upon completion.

The rental is available from April 1, 2026. The monthly rental price is 2,500 euros. Utilities are paid according to your own consumption, with separate meters for electricity and water. Two deposits are required. The house is ideal for 4 to 6 people, families with children or freelancers who want a peaceful and inspiring environment to live and work. Pets are allowed up to 5 kg, no large animals.
