The corner balcony of the first floor, connected by three columns to the balcony of the upper floor, resembles a bay window, and the attic zone, finished with a high vertical copper roof with a dark green patina, is very reminiscent of the recognizable Austro-Hungarian continental architecture. The owners probably predetermined the appearance of the villa in many ways and thus provided it with neo-style features, considering that it was built at the end of the first decade of the 20th century, when Ambrosini was primarily open to Art Nouveau trends from Vienna.
