For long-term rent, a 20 m2 studio apartment on the 2nd floor of a building (attic) in the center of Tar from 1st October. The rent is 300 eur/month + utilities. The joinery is aluminum and the studio is heated and cooled by air conditioning. Please note that there is no terrace! The condition for entering the apartment is the payment of 1-month rent as security (deposit) + monthly rent for the upcoming month, a total of 600 eur!
