Kozala is a neighborhood in Rijeka located on a hill, northeast of the city center. It is an area that is recognizable for its peaceful surroundings and spacious residential areas, and is considered one of the more pleasant places to live in Rijeka. The neighborhood is mainly residential, but with a few smaller commercial and business buildings. The apartment we are selling is located in a smaller building, in very neat condition.
