we are renting a neat apartment in the desired location. It consists of a living room, a larger room in
which has a double bed, a smaller room with a single bed, a smaller kitchen and bathroom.
A parking space is provided. The apartment is located in a private house with a separate entrance.
Overhead costs are included in the rental price: electricity, water and heating.
For two students, the total rent is 700 e, for three 900 e. Only students are considered.
