In the very heart of Istria, under the lofty old town of Motovun, among the fields of vines, there is an old and rustic building that dates back to 1910, was renovated and modernized in 2018, and is adapted to all the needs of modern tourism.

We offer a well-established unique restaurant in Motovun in a fantastic location. The facility is categorized as a tavern with rooms. The tavern has a closed hall, a wine bar, a glazed terrace with a pergola and a wine bank. It has eight rooms with their own bathroom and air conditioning, and with a wonderful view of the city of Motovun. In addition to its own laundry facility, the facility also has solar heating for sanitary hot water, a gas station and all the necessary infrastructure for successful operation. Next to the building there is also 1,028 m2 of construction land with electricity, water and sewage connections.
