In the Kremenići settlement near Malinska on the island of Krk, there is a family house located 1200 m from a beautifully maintained beach and the center of Malinska. The courtyard of the house is also paved, and the garden is systematically planted with Mediterranean plants and trees (palms, olives, grapes, cacti, agaves, pampas grass, immortelle, lavender).



The house was completely renovated in 2009. All water and electrical installations, all floors, the slab between the ground and first floor, stairs, PVC joinery with mosquito nets and shutters, roof and tiles were replaced; a chimney was built, a wood stove installed, and the courtyard paved. The house is sold furnished.



The house is connected to the city water supply but also has a cistern (water is used for garden irrigation). The house has been regularly maintained and was used exclusively for the owner's vacation (it was not rented out). This year, an application for a free connection to the sewage system was submitted.



Krk is an island located in the northern part of the Adriatic Sea. It is an excellent destination because it is well connected to the mainland of Croatia via the Krk Bridge, and due to its diverse and unique terrain, it offers visitors opportunities for active recreation such as cycling and hiking, or enjoying numerous coves and beautiful beaches.
