DORIČIĆI, KOSTRENA, we have a beautiful two-story house with a view of the Kvarner Bay.

The lower floor consists of an open living room, dining room, kitchen, and a small bathroom. Tropical wood furniture, fireplace, TV with surround-sound system; stone bar in the kitchen equipped with household appliances.

On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom and balcony; a secondary bedroom with a balcony, a guest bedroom, and a large bathroom; a large attic.

Each room has its own air conditioning. Three entrances with automatic doors, and parking for several cars. A tea house with a canopy in the garden, which contains three cascades with olive trees, figs, pomegranates, almonds. Automatic irrigation system.

Kostrena is located in the immediate vicinity of the city of Rijeka, framed by the Martinšćica Bay and the Bakar Bay. The Kostrena peninsula is about 10 kilometers long and slopes gently towards the sea. Along its entire length, there are beautiful beaches that are visited by thousands of swimmers during the summer. The most famous and most visited are those in the Žurkovo bay, then Smokvinovo, Svežanj, Spužvina, Podražica, Nova voda and Perilo. It consists of about twenty settlements, many of which were named after families, and today the most populated are Vrh Martinšćice, Glavani, Sv. Lucija, Rožmanići, Doričići and Paveki. The characteristic karst area with Mediterranean plants and the famous Kostrena gromača, and the mild climate that sometimes gives way to strong gusts of the bora, are the characteristics of this region.
