Location of the house:
This authentic Istrian stone house is located in a small village 18 km from Poreč and the same distance from the sea. On one side, the house is attached to the neighboring building. The neighborhood consists of private residential houses, some of which are used as holiday homes.

Layout of the rooms:
The house consists of a ground floor, first floor, and second floor.
On the ground floor, there is a cellar with a fireplace and two storage rooms. Connections for a toilet have been installed. On the outside of the ground floor, there is a garage currently used as a workshop or workroom.
The first floor consists of an entrance area, living room with kitchen and enclosed outdoor terrace, a large bathroom, and a bedroom.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms.

Heating and cooling:
The house is equipped with air conditioning units for heating and cooling. Additionally, there is a fireplace in the cellar on the ground floor, and on the first floor in the kitchen, there is a wood stove.

Garden and yard:
The land consists of several parcels that are all interconnected, with a total size of 1,400 m2. Part of the yard is nicely arranged as a courtyard with an old well and a shelter for parking one vehicle and storing firewood. Additionally, part of it is arranged as a garden.

Other:
The house was renovated in 2008 and is sold fully furnished.
