Location of the house:
The house is located in a very small and quiet place, 12 km away from the sea and Poreč. The neighborhood consists of family houses and holiday homes. The place is surrounded by nature.

Layout of rooms:
The house is the last in the row, meaning it is attached to the neighboring building on one side. It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor.
On the ground floor, there is a living room, a separate kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate guest toilet. Additionally, there is a large loggia arranged as a relaxation space or an additional, larger dining room.
On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms, each with access to a spacious covered balcony, and one bathroom.

Yard:
In front of the house, there is a garden with a covered summer kitchen; the garden is fenced.
