Žirje, house first row by the sea. The house is located in a beautiful position in the cove. The house was built in cascade. It consists of basement, ground floor and attic. In the basement there is a one bedroom apartment of approx. 40 m2 with access to a large terrace of 50 m2 with a beautiful sea view. Outside staircase leads to the ground floor where there is a kitchen and dining room in one unit, a bedroom, two entrance halls, a toilet, a bathroom, a pantry, a wardrobe and a large terrace (24.40 m2). On the ground floor there is a room with a kitchen and a fireplace and a covered area of 16 m2. There is a possibility of converting to one more apartment. Closed stairs lead to another apartment of approx. 40 m2. The island of Žirje is full of lovely coves, virgin beaches and pine forests. It is also close to the National Park Kornati. Žirje  has well-designed and marked cycling trails that can easily reach most of the coves.
