A nice, cozy house on Čiovo island, in a quiet area with lots of green areas.
Situated away from crowded areas, so its a pleasant location for someone who is looking for peace and tranquility.
The house itself consists of 2 floors, around 120 m2 in total, so not too big or small and has a nice outdoor area at the back and a covered area with a BBQ just outside of the entrance.
In the ground floor area, we have the 1st bathroom with a shower, a kitchen which is divided from the living room area, that has direct access to the backyard area. Outside is a small auxiliary building, which is basically a laundry room with a washer and dryer and has an additional shower cabin if needed.
