The apartment is located on the second floor of a building only 600 m away from the city center, Diocletian's Palace, and the sea. It is being rented fully furnished for a longer period. The total living area is 70 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and two balconies. All necessary amenities are nearby. A deposit of one month's rent is mandatory.

Pets are not allowed. 

An agency fee is paid once, equivalent to one month's rent + VAT.
