We are selling a historic restaurant located in the first row to the sea on the sunniest Croatian island of Hvar. The restaurant is a part of the historic building, and as such, it entirely exudes its historical charm. In addition to its fascinating inner part, the restaurant has a terrace next to the sea, as well as an additional building particle (also in the first row to the sea) of approximately 200 m2 which can be used either to extend the terrace or to build a new building.

The restaurant currently has 100 indoor and 80 outdoor seats. Given that the municipality has a plan to extend the existing marina that is right next to the restaurant, with the aforementioned extension, there will be an additional 80 seats.

As for the culinary restaurant whose guests were Croatian presidents and many prominent, its availability and equipment afforded the new owner a continuation of business without any additional stress and investment.
