We are selling a stone house in the old center of Medulin, built in 1890.
It consists of a paved courtyard, the main house and an auxiliary building.
The house was completely reconstructed in the summer of 2008.
The roof, floors, walls, doors, windows, bathrooms, kitchen, landscaped garden and house were completed.
Preparations for the swimming pool were also made.
The main house consists of the living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, then the external stairs lead to the mezzanine floor to the external terrace without a fence, and further stairs on the 1st floor lead to the second living room with bedroom and bathroom. The internal stairs lead to the upper floor - the attic, where there is another bedroom that can be used as a playroom or study.
