In Vrlika / Podosoje: Building (former elementary school) built in stone layout area of 267 m plus 161 m of basement. The total area is 428 m and is situated on a plot of 5603 m. Because of the rich and lush vegetation and specific semi mountainous climate this house would be ideal as a rehabilitation center , nursing home or hotel specially designated for health and recreation , mountain or excursions. It is located near lake Peruca offered the pleasure of swimming , boating , fishing etc.. a paradise for water sports.

The building is under reconstruction capacity of 30 people with 15 double bed rooms, living room, galley, laundry and central heating in the basement. Reconstruction of existing buildings now gets a gross floor area of 1127 m or 909.85 m of accommodation area. For existing reconstruction, expansion and upgrade there all valid documentations and permits.

With this reconstruction there is a conceptual plan for the construction of a new building of 495 m per floor x 2, basement, ground floor and attic. Layout area is 2.475 m. Capacity of 100 people. This project is currently on hold.

There is an architectural design for the nursing home. It is also necessary for the new owner to install drainage pipes from all sides of the building to the road.
