The main building consists of three one-room apartments, each of which consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom, a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom with a toilet, and a separate boiler room on the ground floor. The auxiliary facility consists of two separate studio apartments. The outdoor part of the yard with a grill is ideal for relaxing and resting. All units are air-conditioned and have oil-fired central heating. With some refreshing of the interior, this house has a distinct tourist potential. Jadranovo is a tourist resort nine kilometers from the town of Crikvenica, to which it administratively belongs along with Dramalj and Selce. The day of the place is celebrated on July 25, on the feast day of its heavenly patron, St. James the Apostle. Tourism is the main economic branch of Jadranovo. Although Jadranovo does not have hotel facilities thanks to private accommodation, up to three thousand guests can stay in furnished rooms and apartments.
