Barban, a municipality located on the southern part of the Istrian peninsula, known for its long-standing tradition and its events, of which the Ring Race is widely known as the municipality's trademark. The municipality is oriented towards the east coast and towards the Kvarner Bay and therefore becomes desirable for the construction of holiday villas located on the hills overlooking the Kvarner.

In a smaller town of the municipality, on a large plot, a villa under construction is for sale with an already built auxiliary facility that has a well-established rental business. This facility has a well-established rental business and it can be continued with the parallel continuation of the construction of another building on the same plot.
