Payment terms:
1,800 Euros/m2 for payment of 100% of the amount upon signing the preliminary contract
1,850 Euros/m2 for payment of 50% of the amount upon signing the preliminary contract
1,900 Euros/m2 for other payments (down payment of 15,000 Euros)
