The house also has a separate entrance to the tavern/cellar. The construction between the floors of the house is concrete. The house is in excellent condition, well preserved and maintained. It has great potential both for living and for tourism purposes. Dobrinj is a religious and cultural center of the northeastern part of the island, mentioned in Glagolitic records from the year 1100.
