This project arose from the needs of our clients who live and work abroad and wanted to create a living space in central Istria, the village of Svetvinčenat. In cooperation with our partners geodets and architects, we created a project according to their wishes, and obtained a building permit. From the construction permit until the end of the project, we are involved in the project through the collection of bids from various contractors, supervision of the implementation of works until the end of the project on a turnkey basis. Although unable to be directly on the construction site, investors were "present" through all phases of the development of works through whatsup video calls and continuous support that we provided in all phases of project development. We were their eyes and ears on the field while they were miles away from the construction site.
