Stara Baška is a two-kilometer-long town on the southern part of the island of Krk, with beaches and coves stretching along its entire length, from sandy, rocky to rocky. Unlike most other old coastal settlements characterized by dense houses with narrow winding streets, the shape of Stara Baška, where the houses are considerably distant from each other, is determined by the terrain on which the place is located.
