In the Kremenići settlement near Malinska on the island of Krk, there is a family house located 1200 m from a beautifully maintained beach and the center of Malinska. The old stone house was built before 1968, on a 637 m2 plot, and consists of a ground floor and first floor, as well as separate rooms.



On the ground floor of the house, there is a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, and a living room, while on the first floor, accessible by wooden stairs, there are two bedrooms with a sea view. On the terrace, there are external stairs leading to a separate room with a bathroom and toilet, which with minor modifications can be converted into a studio apartment with a sea view. In front of the house is a paved spacious terrace and a separate building with a toilet, washing machine, and storage room. The house has a terrace paved with Krk stone, featuring a large stone barbecue and an outdoor shower. The courtyard of the house is also paved, and the garden is systematically planted with Mediterranean plants and trees (palms, olives, grapes, cacti, agaves, pampas grass, immortelle, lavender).



The house was completely renovated in 2009. All water and electrical installations, all floors, the slab between the ground and first floor, stairs, PVC joinery with mosquito nets and shutters, roof and tiles were replaced; a chimney was built, a wood stove installed, and the courtyard paved. The house is sold furnished.



The house is connected to the city water supply but also has a cistern (water is used for garden irrigation). The house has been regularly maintained and was used exclusively for the owner's vacation (it was not rented out). This year, an application for a free connection to the sewage system was submitted.



Krk is an island located in the northern part of the Adriatic Sea. It is an excellent destination because it is well connected to the mainland of Croatia via the Krk Bridge, and due to its diverse and unique terrain, it offers visitors opportunities for active recreation such as cycling and hiking, or enjoying numerous coves and beautiful beaches.
