A two-bedroom apartment with a total area of 63 m² is available for long-term rent on Bulevar. It is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. The apartment consists of a storage room, a bathroom, one large bedroom, one smaller bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a balcony.

The apartment is furnished, but it does not have a dishwasher and lacks basic equipment such as dishes and bed linen. The interior is older, but well maintained. Heating is provided by one air-conditioning unit, and there is an additional portable heater in the apartment. The chimney is not in use.

Upon signing the lease agreement, one security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent is required. Additional monthly costs include stairwell cleaning (€7), building maintenance/cleaning (€11), as well as electricity and water according to consumption.
