On the west coast of the Istrian peninsula, Rovinj is a Croatian fishing port. The ancient town is built on a headland, with buildings squeezed right up to the beach. The hilltop church of St. is reached through a tangle of cobbled streets. Euphemia's steeple rises majestically above the city. Lone Bay, one of the region's pebble beaches, is located south of the historic town.

It can accommodate up to 12 people and includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms. A large living room with antique furniture and wooden beams provides a peaceful and cozy feeling on the ground floor of the villa.
The living room is next to the dining room and kitchen, which are both furnished with carefully designed appliances. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with an individual bathroom, while the other three bedrooms are located on the top floor.
The exterior space is just as delightful as the interior space by staring at a carefully landscaped garden and a swimming pool with a hydro-massage system, as well as an outdoor kitchen with a toilet.
