Barban is a small town and municipality in southern, eastern Istria, Croatia. The city of Barban covers an area of around 100 km² and contains 72 villages.

This traditional Istrian stone house is located near Barban. This well-built house of 154 m2 on a plot of 373 m2 spreads over two floors where many original elements of the house have been preserved.

The ground floor is A large living area with a fireplace of historic Brac stone, a fully equipped kitchen, eating area, and bathroom. The kitchen is one-of-a-kind and custom designed. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the second floor. A balcony with a lovely vista of nature and a garden are available in the main bedroom.
It has underfloor heating and air conditioning.
