We are renting out a three-bedroom flat situated on the third floor of a residential building without a lift, in a nice, peaceful location. The flat has 105m2 of living space and includes a kitchen with a dining area and a living area, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a spacious terrace with a sea view.
The flat is rented out to a maximum of four tenants.
