The house is about 5 km from Poreč, 6 km from the sea/beach, is furnished, has two air conditioners, is rented for a long term, i.e. for a period of one year with the possibility of extension.
Pets are not allowed.
Monthly rent is 900 euros + utilities.
The owner asks the tenant to pay a deposit in the amount of 3 months' rent before moving in.
