Kozala is a neighborhood in Rijeka located on a hill, northeast of the city center. It is an area that is recognizable for its peaceful surroundings and spacious residential areas, and is considered one of the more pleasant places to live in Rijeka. The neighborhood is mainly residential, but with a few smaller commercial and business buildings. The apartment we are selling is located in a smaller building, in very neat condition. It was originally a classic two-bedroom apartment, but the owners demolished one wall to get a smaller two-bedroom apartment with a living room. The rooms are of a decent size, the bathroom has a window, and there is an exit to the balcony from the kitchen. Air conditioning is used for heating and cooling, but the apartment also has a chimney for people who prefer classic wood heating.
