Next to the house there is a recreation area and a swimming pool (46 m2) surrounded by a tall green fence that allows guests complete privacy. In the courtyard there is a spacious terrace with a brick fireplace.

The large garden is fenced and decorated, with 15 parking spaces.

The house is located in a quiet part of the town, only 70 m away from the sea, and the owner has a private passage to the beach. It is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to spend a pleasant vacation away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to all the amenities that the tourist town has to offer. Posedarje is a small town about 25 km northeast of Zadar, located on the coast of the Novigrad Sea. It is easily accessible - the Adriatic Highway passes through the town, and there is also an exit to the Zagreb-Split highway.
