Obavezan je polog u iznosu od jedne mjesečne najamnine.

Nisu dozvoljeni kućni ljubimci. 

Agencijska provizija se plaća jednokratno u visini jedne mjesečne najamnine + PDV.

The total living area is 70 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and two balconies. All necessary amenities are nearby. A deposit of one month"s rent is mandatory.

Pets are not allowed. 

An agency fee is paid once, equivalent to one month"s rent + VAT.
