In Malinska on the island of Krk, in the 2nd row (70 m) from the sea, two modern houses are being built, each containing two spacious apartments, i.e. one on each floor.

Each apartment has a large open living room with a dining room and kitchen, three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with toilet and guest toilet, a spacious loggia with an open view, and a storage room. The apartments have two parking spaces and an additional landscaped space that can be used as additional parking.

There is a direct and open view of the sea from every apartment, be it the loggia or the living room.

Construction materials and equipment were chosen following the high standards of today"s construction. The construction is made of brick and reinforced concrete, with mezzanine concrete slabs and a concrete roof insulated with stone wool and covered with tiles. The aluminium carpentry is of the Schuco brand, and electric underfloor heating is installed in the kitchen, dining room, living room and bathrooms. The floors are ALPOD vinyl from Belgium, suitable for underfloor heating, while the air conditioners enable heating and cooling in all rooms except bathrooms.

The bathrooms have Geberit ceramics, sanitary equipment, and Hansgrohe Axor faucets. Security is ensured by a video surveillance system and an alarm, which is further enhanced by a security entrance door. The staircase is lined with Brac stone, and the facade is made of 10 cm styrofoam with fire protection zones and an STO facade. Each apartment has its own infrastructure, and the yard lighting and landscaped environment contribute to a pleasant stay.

Both houses have direct pedestrian access to the sea.

Real estate is included in the VAT system, and the amount of VAT is added to the published price, while no real estate sales tax is paid.
