On the Istrian Peninsula in western Croatia, Poreč is a popular summer destination. The 6th-century Euphrasian Basilica complex is noted for its gem-studded Byzantine mosaics in the ancient old town.

It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood not far from the sea (3 km) and the city (5 km), in an intimate building of 5 residential units with a living area of 86,18 m2. Three of identical buildings are being constructed.
