We are mediating in the rental of a comfortable one-bedroom apartment in a building in Kman, near the Joker shopping center.  

The apartment is located on the 9th floor, facing north-east, but it is very airy and sunny.

It consists of a hallway, bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, and a closed balcony.

The total living area of the apartment is 55.11 m².  

The apartment is offered for long-term rent, for a period of one year.

The monthly rent is 800 euros + utilities.

Upon signing the contract, in addition to the rent, a deposit in the amount of one month"s rent is required.

An agency fee is payable once in the amount of one month"s rent + VAT.
