We are renting out a modern, well-furnished two-bedroom flat with a floor area of 55m2, situated on the tenth floor of a residential building. The flat consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen with a dining area and a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony offering views of the city and the sea.
The tenant pays the utility bills for internet, electricity, and water.
