The project is executed using carefully selected, high-quality materials and reliable brands. Schüco aluminum exterior joinery is installed, and the facade is made with wool thermal insulation. Heating and cooling are provided by DAIKIN air conditioning units, and underfloor heating is planned in the bathrooms. At this construction stage, underfloor heating can be installed throughout the apartment upon buyer’s request. Floors are covered with oak parquet and high-quality ceramics, and bathroom equipment includes sanitary ware from reputable manufacturers Hans Grohe and Geberit.

The expected completion of construction is mid-2027.
