Otok Krk, Dobrinj, indigenous house in the old core of Dobrinj. The house is a two-story end-of-terrace property, with a total area of 115m2. It consists of an entrance with a small terrace leading to a hallway from which you enter the kitchen and living room. From the same entrance area, stairs lead down to the basement where there is a bathroom with a toilet. On the first floor, there is a smaller hallway dividing two bedrooms. From the hallway on the first floor, spiral stairs lead to an uncovered terrace that extends over the entire surface of the house. The terrace is enclosed by a wall, and one part is enclosed by a new hand-forged railing. From the terrace, there is an open permanent view of the sea and Soline bay. The house also has a separate entrance to the tavern/cellar. The construction between the floors of the house is concrete. The house is in excellent condition, well preserved and maintained. It has great potential both for living and for tourism purposes. Dobrinj is a religious and cultural center of the northeastern part of the island, mentioned in Glagolitic records from the year 1100.
